A Post Full of Random Crap

I am struggling here. I have so many ideas for posts to write but when I sit down they just don't come out. There's no flow. I know this is quite a common thing but it's really frustrating.

Right I have just had an idea... As my brain can't sort it's shit out, I shall just write one post of all my blogging ideas. Make sense? No, fantastic! I doubt any of this will either, ha ha!

Here we are at Monday again. The weekend seems to go so fast, I blink and miss it. Mind you, that happens with sleep too. Am I in a remake of  "Click" and nobody told me. Chaos in the Kitchen

I don't do a lot of cooking/baking other than the necessary. Mainly because I don't get the time but I have also developed a short attention span so forget things are in the oven! I have recently been brave enough to attempt cupcakes twice in the last week.... With Chaos! Here's how it went.

We are the new owners of a baby camping bath! We do a bit of camping in the summer and this being the first time we will be going with tiddlers I thought a portable bath would be preferable to a hose pipe or a bucket!

Well, here I am again at the crack of dawn with Squish Pot watching Waybaloo. This is the first day I have appreciated the Teletubbies for not shouting or having loud music. They sound a bit like Chaos chatting to himself so it's quite easy to switch off. Do you think the tv makers know that and do it on purpose?

I wanted to write a post about my superbly, wonderful Pa for fathers day. I then got to thinking that maybe some of you folk out there in the blogospere may want to do the same and the linky was born! 

I will write a post later and stick a linky on it. So, if you feel like sharing your feelings (whatever they are, good or bad) about your Dad, Grandad, your childrens Dad or an important male influence then write your post and link it up. I will keep it open for a week so there is no mad panic!

Today the sun was shining when I got up - brilliant! I always feel great when it's sunny. I got a load of washing on to go on the line then asked for the bedding to be brought down so that could go on next. A great day coming up!

Todays subject is books. I love books! I have a lot of books around the house. I did have more but downsized my collection before we moved. Most of the books I have are reference books as I don't generally read the same book twice. I sometimes buy a novel at the boot sale and pass it on to a charity shop once I have read it but usually go to the library.

Heart breaking

I don't read the papers. I don't watch the news. It's not that I don't care what is going on in the world, I do. I just feel so completely helpless to make the situation better. There are so many things I wish I could improve or fix. I have not felt compelled to write about any of these situations, until today.

Squish Pot was born on December 1st and he is 6 months old today! Spooky coincidence huh?!
That's all I wanted to say really.

1st of June already!

WoW! Here we are, the first day of June. I can't believe the first half of this year has gone already! The last 6 months have been a bit rocky, what with one thing and another, but all that is gonna change for the better. We are going to make a fine and fantastical plan to give us a focus and to feel like we are achieving something. Onwards and upwards, I say, and no time like the present!
